Shipping & Returns.

Shipping:

Dancestuff utilises a variety of couriers for shipping orders, we offer shipping Australia wide, however cannot ship to PO boxes. We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 Australia wide for all orders. Orders over $150 will receive FREE standard shipping. We are unable to offer an express shipping option - if your order is urgent, we suggest visiting or calling one of our boutiques.

If ordering a “Dancer’s Box” subscription, free postage will be calculated at the checkout.

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 5-7 working days for dispatch from our warehouse. For items that are in stock, orders generally leave our warehouse within 2 working days of your order. In the event that some or all of the items in your order are required to be ordered in from our suppliers, orders can take 5-7 working days to be dispatched.

If for some reason, your ordered items are no longer available, or on an extended back order from one of our suppliers, we will contact you to offer a refund, alternative, or back order.

Upon sending, you will be provided with the tracking information for your order. Dancestuff accepts no responsibility for loss, delay, or damage of items in transit.

Returns:

We understand that purchasing clothing and shoes online can be difficult and can provide exchanges for incorrect selection. Where you are unsure of the correct size to select, we encourage you to reach out to our staff prior to placing your order who can help with sizing selection for you.

In the event that the item you have purchased is incorrect, we welcome a return within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns:

  • For the return/exchange of Dancestuff online purchases – whether they are faulty, change of mind or incorrect fit – you must meet the following return/exchange policy conditions:

  • The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt

  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all original labels/tags attached

  • The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase

  • No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or returns

  • No stockings can be exchanged or refunded once taken out of the sealed packaging.

Please note:

  • we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of purchases made at other dance wear retailers. Proof of purchase from Dancestuff is required.

  • Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded. All items bought online in conjunction with a free or promotional code can be exchanged but not refunded.

  • Individual items included in the Dancer’s Box cannot be returned for a refund

  • In the event of an exchange, a $10 postage and handling fee will be charged for all online exchanges

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling back to Dancestuff for all exchanges or refunds. When providing a refund, Dancestuff will only refund the cost of the items, excluding any shipping and handling costs

 Faulty items:

Dancestuff reserves the right to determine whether the item returned has a manufacturer fault. If deemed faulty a full replacement will be sent if stock is available or a full refund inc postage will be issued.

  • Dancestuff is not responsible for delays in freight once items have left our store

  • Customers are responsible for return postage charges

  • General wear and tear such as scuff marks on shoes are not considered a fault

  • Tap shoes that have had screws loosened are not returnable as a faulty item

  • Registered post is our recommended return method so you know where your parcel is and that it has been delivered. No responsibility will be taken by Dancestuff for non delivery of returns.

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns of hosiery, hair accessories and undergarments. Exceptions to this rule are where the item is faulty or has been wrongly supplied.

  • Pointe and Demi Pointe shoes can not be returned or exchanged. Exceptions to this rule are where the item is faulty or has been wrongly supplied.

  • Before returning any items – please reach out to our staff via email or phone

  • Refunds usually exclude postage costs. If we have sent you a faulty item or incorrectly picked an item we will gladly refund the full amount inc postage or send an exchange postage free. Change of mind will not receive a refund of postage costs.
